★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular here. But today the experience was very bad. We ordered some cakes from Hangout thru Swiggy. But the chocolate pastry was stale and we had to throw them away as the cake tasted stale and old and tasted like at least 7 days with a rotten taste.very sad for this type of a store!!! I am so disappointed. It isn't about the money but the poor experience and quality of food...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately there can't be a negative marking,I would have been half to give it,an absolutely fraud outlet, they overcharge alomost 30% of the cost for the cakes. Service absolutely in shambles, and when confronted they offer a meesely excuse that Zomato is offering the discounts.
The cakes are poorly unhygienicly stored.
Considering the situation they have no regards for customers what so ever.
I suggest ppl should stay away from this outlet for their own safety and well being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the eggless walnut muffin and eggless choco chip muffin. They were both dense, not moist and tasteless. They tasted like dough and not really well made muffins. Also, the hazelnut brownie does not have any hazelnut. It seemed to be replaced with cashews or some other nut. I haven’t tried their birthday cakes. But I don’t plan to either after my experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cake does not stand to the quality, no chocolate, only trace cream. Trying to save chocolate and charge heavily Rs. 600/-. Hangout contact person not cooperative. Asking to contact Zomato for complaint. Not ready to accept complaint. Rather states for you being the only one objecting the quality. If photo shows ample chocolate and the product supplied with trace chocolate cream and only white cake base with some chocolate at the base. HOPELESS QUALITY & CUSTOMER REDRESSAL,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered and paid for 2 combo packs of 2 cokes, meaning I should be ideally getting 4 cokes.. but these hopeless people can’t get the equation right. They sent me only 2 cokes for a total cost of 612 rupees to be precise through Swiggy. When I spoke to them to clarify they refused to acknowledge and on top of that they are so rude. Overall a simple order but horrible experience. Negative reviews if I could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered a cake for my mother for this mother's day through zomato and asked the cake shop to write Happy Mother's day on the cake but they didn't followed the instructions and have sent the cake with Happy anniversary tag and nothing is written on the cake.
