★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am finally writing a review for one of my favorite? cake shop in mulund ?
Have tried many things from this place. From ordering birthday photo cake years back to personalized engagement cake ?we have celebrated many occasions with cakes from "Indulge" ☺
They have recently started with savouries which are equally good as their cakes are. ?
Food items I have tried from savouries-
1. Paneer kathi roll - Paneer gravy was filled in roll and was yummy and not spicy?
2. Chocolate Almond Florentine - Thin Florentines having a good coating of chocolate on the backside and almond and chocolate on the front. ?
3. Chocolate chunk cookie ? - Loads of chocolate was filed in the cookie. The cookie was better then many of the cookies which we get through biscuit or cookie brands.
4. Date khajoor roll - Not much a fan of khajoor hence not really the right person to comment. But tasted good.
5. Custard filed bun - The bun was so soft and there was good filing of custard inside which was not extra sweet and melted in my mouth.
6. Chocolate fudge filed oat and walnut bar- Never heard of oatmeal combined with chocolate and the combination was really great. ?
7. Jaggery filed coconut bun - The bun was very soft just like caramel bun and it had good mixture of jaggery and coconut.
8. Chocolate Modak - The outer covering of the modak was of white chocolate and filing of jaggery. This is on their special menu for ganesh chaturthi.
Cake flavours I have tried -
1. Chocolate surprise
2. Dutch truffle
3. Choco chip cake
They have many more savouries on their menu and their daily menu changes and is put up on social media.
Also I would like to highlight that all of their food items are freshly made and hence that adds to the taste. Their packaging is also safe and each item of savoury is packed in foil. Further most of the chocolates, buns are made in house and all their savouries are unique. Never heard of such combination and never thought it would be so great ??
All the credit for such wonderful food goes to the owner "Fay" who is really sweet and treats all her customers well ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the Lockdown, I had been to Mulund for some office related work, and I got to know from my friend that "Indulge" is open so without a second thought I decided to go over there.
Indulge is a Dessert Parlour and Bakery located in Mulund West and here they are serving a variety of food items.
Earlier when I have been here I always loved to try there Cupcakes, Velvet Cakes, and the Chocolate Sponge Cake.
This time decided to get some different variety of dishes and trust me they all were absolutely fantastic.
What I order and liked a lot;
1. Fudgy Chocolate Walnut Brownie.
2. Date Khajoor Role.
3. Chocolate Chip Cookie.
4. Wada, it was jaggery filled coconut bun.
and the BEST!
5. Paneer Corn Cutlet in House made Pav.
It was so fantastic that I am craving more to visit again and try more of their varieties.
Also, hats off to the owner for her kind and courteous behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, all bakeries provide you with cake. But have you heard of a baker so passionate who goes out of the way not only to bake cakes and cupcakes but also Modak buns and coffee chocolates. The Baker Fay, is as sweet as her creations and holds the shop strong with her talent.
I had :
Butter and raisin tart was one of the best tarts I've had in a long while.
Oatmeal fudge bars were great but a lil too chewy
Red velvet Chocolate truffle cupcake was the bomb in the entire collection
Chocolate vanilla cupcake's cake was super moist and soft.
Coconut and jaggery filled buns was a creative take on the age old modak for Ganesh Utsav
Almond Florentine was almond dust coated with chocolate and it's a good way to trick your kids into eating dry fruits through chocolate
Modak with white chocolate was divinely good.
English almond toffee was a great treat and mostly I loved the aroma of it. Filled the room with the sweetness of flour and sugar.
Looking forward to explore more creations from their kitchen in the future!

food that I tried and simply fell in love with
1) Veg lasaga cooked to perfection lieved every bit of it, a bit spicy and perfectly layered cheese.
2) Cinamon roll- generally I avoid any dish related to cinamon, but this was simply great. I would surely try one again
Mint cream choc- don't know how they do it.. but the mint and the chocolate were so nicely blend that nothing over powered the other..a perfect mix.
3) Choco moose- fresh Moose is something very rare I was lucky enuf to taste one I just loved it.
4) Choco chip cookies- I'm still drooling over these, my ne favourite. Baked to perfection.
5)Red velvet cookies- okay so here my family preferred this over the chocolate cookies.
I would simply say both are awesome. The choice would differ from person to person
In a nutshell after a long time found something worth our money specially in desserts. So go ahead and fall in love with food out here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the must underrated bakeries in Mulund. The entire range available, be it sweet or savoury, is absolutely delicious. Each cake is better than the previous, with new seasonal varities available all year round. The owner is extremely sweet and will whip up off-menu flavours on request. Do keep an eye out for the daily menu!
