β β β β β I got my AMAZE serviced at the end of July 2021. I paid approximately 10000/- + .Today itβs clutch has failed suddenly at the maduadih signal at 7:30 pm .It was horrible. Itβs GOD grace by how I found a mechanic .He repaired the clutch and said that there is no oil or Mobil servicing done recently.Plz assure to do all servicing for which v have paid. We were planning for a more better plan but so disappointed with this service. ??

They are there to not help you or give proper service for your vehicle but will surely give you headache
My vehicle was given to them for 16 days for dent and paint job + service. Dent job was covered under insurance
Hans Honda Guy Sandeep called us and said vehicle is ready and we should take it back. We reached and found still paint job was left. There is one guy related to sales and service his name is Sandeep and his approach and attitude is negative towards customers. They think they are only one for Honda so taking advantage. Here I want to tag #Honda India cars that they must think about appointing other dealer because this Hans Honda is ruining their name
After this feedback they do only one thing to show themselves as responsible one, it is just as β we value your opinion and share your feedback on given linkβ
I already did that before but trust me they donβt do anything positive for customers

β β β β β Nice experience at the service centre.The staff are very disciplined, commited to working and hard working.Due to just 1 service centre in whole UP East, honda cars from Varanasi, Ballia, Azamgarh,Ghazipur,Mau..etc are serviced here which explains its crowded nature.The waiting area for customers is well equipped with AC,TV, comfortable seats.Free snacks,tea,coffee,cold drinks are also served here.
However they usually take 3-4 hours for your car to get its service done as there are atleast 30-40 cars waiting for their turns.Overall a good experience for my Honda Amaze servicing at Hans Honda.

β β β β β I got my honda Amaze car serviced today at Hans Honda Varanasi.
The service was just pathetic. They just did nothing.
They did only-
1- Engine oil change ( don't know which variant, they chargedfor the highest value variant)
2- opened front wheels for formality, because I was present there.
3- coolant top up, oil filter change.
4- washing
Even they didn't even clean interiors properly. Not even opened the boot for cleaning. There is too much dust and particles in the car.( Few pics enclosed).
I even complained about all this to the service advisor. But he didn't do anything and said that your car is ready.
There are various issues in my car which were explained to them, but they did nothing and charged Rs 5233/-q

Car washing was not at all properly
It was free service appointment but for any thing they were asking money
At tyme of delivery car was not at all polish glass not clened inside not clened engine not washed
And asking so they said its chargeable
