★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff... they ll make volvo local bus... and will halt at every local stop in between for extra money.... they re not at all supportive... do not have manners to talk.. they will stop at such hotel which is at isolated place for commission and u hav no option to eat or drink at tht place...
Every time i travelled with it ... horrible ... now no more hans

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty bus from inside and out side.
I am travelling from Indore to Mumbai.
The bus is not been clean before boarding.
And rain water leakage is making the bus more dirty and smelling very bad.
I ask the bus incharge that there is too much water leakage in the bus, they what is the safety of my luggage my cloths and specially eating stuff will destroy. So he replied that " SAAMAAN RAKHTE WAQT BOLA THA PAANI AAYEGA" so I replied "BHAI TICKET BOOKING KE TIME PAR BOLNA CHAHIYE KE BAARISH MAY SAAMAAN KHARAB HOGA."
So he turn his face said don't talk to me talk to office people.
Now I am in bus full amount paid in advance and getting stupid reply from this idiots. Till 30 mins I tried calling at office but no one picked up.
Now waiting when bus will stop I should take my luggage on my seat, because this people! Forget it what to say.

Booked : RedBus ( Please check the bus before displaying in your list)
Full of mosquitoes, bad(toilet) smell, no proper window, dirty toilet, dirty bed sheets, rain waters leakage ( if asked for bed sheets they don't even care).
Guys please don't book HANS TRAVELS bus.
Worst experience. Even Owner is not helpful..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of my worst experienced as bus got cancelled I did not got any information I was waiting on the bus stop and then after 1 hour I got to know my bus is not gonna come plus they cancelled my ticket and they have not refunded my money yet
They have ate up my money plus the worst experience and service I will never suggest anyone to book ticket for hans travels.... I hate it all way and for life time now... Kindly revert if you people have any kind of professionalism or shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very irresponsible towards passengers and very aggressive in nature. They don't have proper time table and very poor in quality don't provide water, and won't stop if lady passenger ask for de break too. I really suggest pls don't travel in dis company bus... If anything is lost dey directky said we font know and don't even come to help for search. I exprienced dis my watch was lost after searching cleaner it was in de cleaners pocket. So disgusting. Said timing at 07:00 and left at 10:30pm

1. Mobile number given at the time of booking was incorrect for pickup
2. Bus is running delay not bother to inform passenger you just call them repeatedly
3. Inspite of booking AC bus they switch off AC
4 not recommended to travel
