★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had travelled from Udaipur to Indore from Hans Travels. The bus was coming from some where with passengers loaded without official tickets. As soon the bus arrived at my pick up point, the conductor asked them to leave the seats. They didn't even change the pillow covers, blankets, seat covers.
I would recommend Charted Bus service from Udaipur to Indore if you ever come from that route. Best for that route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of hans travels has become really very poor in the last couple of years. Earlier it used to be quiet professional bus services of Indore but in the recent years the staff and also the condition of bus has gone quite down. They should definitely work on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus services are amazing with no remarks but I want to address a few things:
1. Seats are comfortable but I am 6'1 so little difficult while sleep
2. Staff boy (i.e. co-pilot) asked for money sometimes (Rs. 30/50 per baggage)
3. From the last couple of times, I am not getting a call before journey starts.

i have sent my bike from delhi to Indore on 21 Aug
and i got my bike in this condition.
No one took the responsibility for the damage.
staff waa very rude and misbehaving.
i had to spend 2600 for the transportation and 3000 for repairing od my bike.
Praveen was the incharge over there he is such an antagonistic personality.
i asked for mail or contact no of superior but he denied and argued.
attaching photos for the damage they made.
they only care about their money.
they will not allow you to see your vehicle until you pay the bills.
anyways i am into take legal action against them.
worst ever services worst ever experience.
writing this review to save the people from such fraudsters.
be safe guys and never ever handover your vehicle or any other valuable assets to hans travels.
