★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi just wanted to share my review on hanu reddy realty. I had started my conversation with Mr ravi in December 2020 he was really prompt and quick in his actions and helped us get good and honest clientele.
The deal was closed at the earliest and was a smooth deal and handover process.my father had travelled alone to vizag and I really thank Mr ravi for being there with him and taking care of him.

Mr.Ravi Krishna Guturu has worked patiently and used due diligence in the selection of the buyer - this has very much helped in smooth completion of the transaction. Mr.Ravi Krishna was assisted sincerely by Mr.Mahesh. I truly appreciate the commitment of Mr.Ravi Krishna in this sale as well as the impending sale of another bigger residential property, at every stage of the sale process including physical security of the properties, legal & registration requirements, and capital gains tax implications. He also goes out of the way to assisting me in coordinating with several employees in other branches of Hanu Reddy Realty in Hyderabad, Coimbatore & Pune, where I am considering buying property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had taken the help of Hanu Reddy Realty for selling our flat at Vizag ,BS Layout in year 2019. The flat was quiet old and did not have the modern facilities like lift , generator etc..In spite of all these short comings , the staff led by Mr. Ravi Krishna of Hanu Reddy Realty did a wonderful job of searching out a good customer for us and we just closed the deal in Jan 2020. The work was handled in a very professional way .
All the staff of Hanu Reddy Realty are very very cordial and know their job well.Our best wishes to Hanu Reddy Realty -Vizag .

He has become a personal friend and a very helpful guide in this matter to us. It started with a very good experience for us for our shop sale in an area where the official registrations were also not taking place and went further to equally satisfying experience in the purchase of a flat in a modern & very convenient gated community and the sale of our much cherished residential property - we truly appreciate his personal friendship in making its sale in an admirable manner - never ignoring our sentiments, during as well as after its sale, in parting with the house due to our long association with it. We lived outside India, all the while, while he acted as our eyes & ears to study the flat we purchased and the properties we sold - he did not spare any efforts in making us feel comfortable, in getting & dealing with a customer / seller IN ALL THESE 3 TRANSACTIONS, as well as doing everything possible in the registration process as well as after. He took so much care to make us relax, inspite of the tensions which come during travel back & forth from abroad to India.
