★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, Quite, Clean & Peaceful residential area. The parking is really congested & mostly full all the time. So it would be better if you park outside the society at the main road to avoid being stuck or refused parking. Also has a small garden which is below average & not maintained well.

It has two sections with separate entrance and a garden / common area between the two. The Society Apex body organises some social activity regularly.
Although no specific area is earmarked for, but visitors vehicles can get some parking slot mostly. It is very close to the Pawar Nagar bus terminal.

The good thing about the weather is that it is always about 2-3°C cooler than the other busy spots in Thane, particularly the ones close to the railway station. Recently renovated as well, so anybody who's visiting is in for a bonus. Enjoy
