★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a NGO .They provide free mid day meals to over 18000 children at 84 different muncipality schools for free of cost .The meal consists of rice and mixed type of daal.It tastes delicious.

Most of the kitchen is automated. They also have advanced cooking devices.
When we visited the Kitchen it was under the process of ISO certification
There is a microbiologist on site that gives you a tour of the kitchen.
You can also visit the school that are catered by the Akshaya Patra Foundation.
You can also serve food at the school.
The whole thing can take about 3 hours. So pretty good way to spend the first half of a day.
