★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad taxation service... they charged 18% tax on food where as per government norms it should be 5%....
The staff was very rude when we pointed out the incorrect billing and taxes...
When you ask the guys, they show you 2017 gst norms, which r obsolete now...
Please avoid this place...
And also check the bill... they r committed to rip u off...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servers were decent and food was also ok but had issues in billing. Got overcharged even after getting comittment by manager Rohit of 15% discount through eazydinner. I ended up paying more than required. Even @eazydinner failed to resolve the issue.

Steward Rohit and team served with the spirit of excellence. Every dish delicious and yummy. Each of us Over ate. Thank you Harbour Cafe for a beautiful evening. Enjoyed and thoroughly satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best in class for ambience, food, mesmerizing view of the famous Atal Setu bridge and many more... Visited this hotel having both rooms as well as a great restaurant... This hotel is also equipped with a inhouse casino...
They have a separate kitchen for veg and non veg and the food is very much delicious...
Ordered Chicken handi, veg kadai along side phulka, roti, cheese garlic naan...
On the rice item tried their seafood fried rice as well as chicken biryani where the chicken was perfectly cooked and the chicken too was tender and juicy...
Located in the heart of the city of Panjim... They do accept cash as well as cards...
