★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the ambience and music. Service is a bit slow but the food is good. Stick to the favourites and you should be good. Not a fan of the salads though - waaay too much dressing and no, it’s not served on the side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best cafe I ever been to. The ambience was classic, the hospitality was awesome, the vibe was phenomenal, the food quality and taste is just soul soothing. I felt so welcoming there although this is my first visit at Hard Rock Cafe! I’ll surely visit again. I’ll recommend this place if you are visiting Kolkata. And also as pandemic is going on, I would love to say that they take all the safety measures as well as very hygienic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great example to experience of how hospitality and warmth is such an important asset of customer satisfaction. Shalini was so friendly and welcoming. She got us enrolled for a free appetizers or drink for the next visit. The staffs are so polite and amiable . They even made reels with us. Of course hard rock cafes are a vibe themselves but this endeavour was so delighting, would definitely want to go again and again. This huge hot fudge brownie ice cream is so damn awesome , must try !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a bar cum restaurant. Great dine-in..the ambiance is awesome! You can go out with buddies and also with your special one to hang out. They provide separate smoking zone.
If you are going there for 1st time, you can get a Hard rock special ice cream, all you have to just sign up and join in their completely free club!
There are live concert which is rocking and the foods are really good. They have a 7 beer bucket offer which is eye-catchy.
But in the food section, they need to increase their option .
Overall experience and staff behavior are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to hang out and chill with friends and even family. The service is great and staff is very friendly. The drinks menu is nice and suggestions made was really good. The best part of my visit was the dessert. It was my second visit and though a bit pricey I had a great experience overall.
