I have met an accident and sent vehicle to Hare Krishna (Murli Auto).
They have charge the bill for painting and just do pray painting at the scratches.
Professionalism is night mare here.
Initially they were maruti then converted to Ford now they are Mahindra First Choice.
I have ford aspire Diesel.
Technician is like local mechanic. He doesn't know anything about the vehicle.
They have charged me 11k for painting of fender and one door. But color gets dull in 2 or 3.days. color is not matching with the existing color. They are using cheap paint spray for coloring.
They have misaligned my left door handle.
I reached for the Delivery and vehicle was not ready. McWheel not fittied and they don't have machine to fit the mcwheel. Asked extra money to fit it. It was replaced in the insurance.
As Ford customer i will not recommend this to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I do not have any pleasant experience to share with, as usually staff are over-occupied and hence keeping quality expectation is waste of time.

Below is my impression on my first visit with Harekrishna
1.Workshop doesn’t give value to customer precious time.
And take a casual approach, most of my issue reported is still not resolved and have to
Make multiple visits,
2.Poor and unskilled quality work. Damages and kept my vehicle on damaging risk,
3.Poor inventory, and spare part availability .
4.Poor attitude of the General manager on feedback, and justifying 2-3 hour of ITM wire diagnosis job to more than 2 days .and at end finished in less then 2 hour after my close and unpleasant followup.
On what assurance shall we leave our vehicle for 2 days?
Anyhow I could not comment on anyone attitude, ideally, managers has to open for the further scope of improvement and feedbacks.looks manager doesn't wish to get involve in subject.
I observe majority of the staff are from former G3 nerul, shut down by mahindra 2 year ago due to pathetic performance, I hope will not repeat same .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of Mr Sanjay Rai, he's a useless guy. Do not even let him touch your car, without even inspection of vehicle, he called me and told that it was ready. But, it wasn't. Most frustrating part was that there was no guilt on his face & didn't even bother to say "Sorry" for his mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed ..given feedback via official channels..hopefully will get some answers...btw this is the condition of my car handed over to me after 1 month ..working parts unnecessary replaced..they did servicing of the car and the interestingly, they did not even bother to take a trail..meter reading was same as when i left it a month back..and best part is all task still not completed..parts unavailable and have to go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first service of THAR and it has taken 7 hours to do that. Even after taking 7 hours, the way they washed my THAR I was totally not satisfied with it. For reference I am attaching the pictures. I request you guys please never get serviced any of your car.
