I am giving 1 star as there is no option to give zero stars.
Let's start...
This year in March before lockdown I had taken AMC from Murali Automobiles which is also a part of Hare Krishna workshop.
They talk you into taking their annual subscription but once you do that you are at their mercy. No service support and also no discounts and work will be done as committed.
1) Problem will never be solved in the first go and you will have to take all the effort and pain to give the vehicle for service once again or get it repaired somewhere else.
2) Once you take AMC your vehicle will never be delivered on time. They will surely delay by 3-4 days minimum. This time it was delayed by 3 days last time it was 7 days and so on.
3) They will say they changed the parts but they will not do the same. They will make adjustments and deliver the vehicle to you
4) Lost trust in Mahindra after taking AMC of Mahindra first choice.
5) My keychain was missing (they steal small things like the keychain)
6) Parts used will be of inferior quality which can be seen else they just use the old parts after doing some adjustments.
They are fraudsters behind the Mahindra brand name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ruined my car, there is a major starting problem in the car after servicing here. I felt miserable and frustrated that why I chose to come to this pathetic place. Waste of money and time. No sense of responsibility and ownership at all. Please avoid using this service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The engineers are not even qualified for work. I had a sudden visit to workshop and i saw they were taking out parts from the car. Just when I asked them they said that this is a cleaning thing we need to remove and do it. Later after few months i realised when the problem came up. The same part i was been taken to buy new by new worshop for that problem. Its a scam dont give your car to this workshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice my vehicle was towed from my residence to the workshop for starting problems issues but the work is not done properly. I also changed my car battery and put a new battery as advised by the advertiser. But still my car is not starting. This is the third time I have to take the care to the workshop. They cannot find the fault properly. Last two times they were saying it is a rat issue as the wires are eaten up. But after repairing the wires still the car is not starting. My car is just two years old.
