★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. No respect for other's time/reputation. All they care about is money and once they receive the booking amount get ready to hear a number of lies.
There was a wedding ceremony at our place and we booked. we booked a 24 seated Tampo traveller between Indirapuram and sector 26 noida, the committed time was 6:00 pm (later on I requested for 5:30 pm and he agreed).
Long story short barat was ready to depart at 6:30 and the bus arrived at 7:30 (1.5 hours after the commitment time) and it was so embarrassing for me to answer everyone about the delay, and this person keeps on telling lies and finally stopped picking up my phone.
