No compensation given for the broken items.
They are intermediary between the transport company and you.
Don't trust these guys , instead of this just go for Agarwal packers and movers atleast they are professional and provide you compensation in case of any breakage.
Broken items found : Bed , cookware(Induction), crockery, bike and sofa scratched from all sides.
Will never suggest any one to opt for this company in case of HH movement.
