She understand need of the student, and programs accordingly, she and her colleges having best coordination and experience in the field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quiet and peaceful. The trainers/teachers are knowledgeable and experienced. The timings are flexible for convenience and rates are very reasonable as well. Overall, a very good yoga center for kids, adults, teens, working professionals, etc.
I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who is a beginner to yoga and meditation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents cant stop talking about the fantastic experience they had at Harmony. Especially their instructor, Miss Niharika, who in mother's words, is "the best instructor they have come across". Her treatment of the group, mostly senior citizens, was beyond expectations. Not only is she an expert in her field, but also a caring human being. She paid special attention to my father who sufers from Alzheimer's disease, pacing the exercises accordingly and even counselling him when required. The facility is conveniently located, well maintained and well equipped. A special thanks to the Harmony team for making my parents' stay in Mumbai truly memorable.
