Anyone interested must definitely consider learning from Utsav Institute for gaining vast knowledge about yoga. I'm grateful for Devang sir and Forum ma'am for conducting such wonderful online classes and I got to learn so much about the way of living, mindfulness along with yoga. This course will also help you in your overall personality development too. I think you can not find such a teaching style anayware else. Theoroticle and practiicle knowledge, communication skills, and most important patients. It was amazing experience just do it and feel the experience. And one thing I would also like to say that SRI, Devang sir and forum mam are trying to build up peace and Harmony in our society which a very good things for nowadays.
Once again thank you so much Devang sir and Forum mam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facility and guest lecturers for YIC/QIC course. Course should be included in Indian education system. These are life skills to possess from our scriptures without involving religion into it. It’s an tangent of art and science which will be a required skill by our coming generations. Hope our next generation can acquire this knowledge before they need it. Happy to do it. Good luck to my batchmates. Kudos to Devang Sir/Forum maam and all other teachers who are a part of this program.

I does regularly between 6.00 AM to 7.00 AM.
