★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almirah was ordered. 50% advance was given. On the due date of delivery, there is no almirah in the shop. And staff has no clue where the almirah is. And the owner of the firm Mr Rinku Chaudhary cannot be reached on phone. And his whatsapp is not working. And Mr Rinku has never given a call or message in the interim period of 14 days (from the date of advance to the due date of delivery) to communicate any status on almirah. This is the level of professionalism of Harshita Furniture; and the way of handling its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a mattress from this shop call Harshita Furniture & Interior, address(Plot No. 04, Shahberi Road, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh 201301) nearly one year ago. Had warranty given for 10 years but mattress condition is like we can;t sleep on that it's completely fake product which we received even getting health issue as for my family. Anyways when i tried to contact this shop with the bill receipt with warranty they told me it will get changed in weeks time i waited then again nothing happens and i tried calling their owner Rinku Chaudhary he refuse take my call and either response on my message. I visited his store then he promise me for 10 days then nothing happens in those 10 days after giving numerous call and messages i visited again the shop and asked for replacement. Strange thing happens shop owner denies for the replacement and asking to go with the consumer court. this is rubbish. Even when you argue with your rights he use to threatens the customer also. Now there is only way to teach the lesson for this kind of shop owners just go with consumer court. I am going to launch a complain with consumer court against this inappropriate and rubbish activity.
For the buyers please be aware from this shop they are selling the wrong and fake products moreover they will give you warranty but it's useless and if you want to claim your warranty then you must have to fight with them.
