Road infra is ok
Almost all kinds of shops but not all varieties like in sector markets of noida
Rates are highly bargainable which is not a good thing.
Technicians at repairing shops etc. are not knowledgeable.
Cloth stores etc. have only cheap (quality and price wise) items.
You can get almost all grocery items useful for vrat etc. too.

Remember if you are taking a driver, take food for them, as there is no food available outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good local market for furniture. Bhumika Furniture is really good for custom choices for your home decor. I have got them made a queen size bed for bedroom. The delivered quality is just too good with very strong quality of wood ply used. I'll be able to use it for next 25-30yrs at least such is the quality of this place. Received as exactly as ordered after seeing the pictures.
Don't waste your time at other shops.
