★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the shop on june -21 for bifocal lense for my Father. Faced lot of issues:-
1. Technician do not have the technical skills required. He couldn't find the right number even after spending 30-40 mins. As per him, Doctors's prescription confused him but he was finally able to figure out the power of the lense (which eventually he did not).
2. Glasses were delayed and even than delivered the lense with wring power.
3. Salesman knew the glasses that were delivered were wrong(Because a day before he told us that the lense were created wrong he will get it fixed the next day) and still the next day he tried to deliver the same lense as it is.
4. We gave our old glasses which needed new lense. S** of a B**** wrote on lense with PERMANENT MARKER making them useless. So basically he couldn't get the new glasses created damaged the one we gave him for reference. We couldn't even use the old one even if wanted.
5. Cost. We got the same bifocal lense made by another shop near by for 12% less cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy got the number wrong for the first time, told it was fixed and assured me. Eventually, I found it wasn't.
They also tried to sell me a local lens while I bought the branded one. I was fortunate to look for the watermark. Changed it after 3-4 days.
Frame wasn't also aligned properly. Very poor service.
