★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the work experience here, I appeared in interview. They ask me to complete an assignment followed by second round interview by any Avishek sir. He honestly appreciated my assignment and also mentioned the point where I could be better. And Finally asked me to wait for the final result. I clearly asked them how long should I wait for the selection? They told me 15 days or long. Avishek sir promised that we will get back to you whether you are selected or not! After two and half month HR called me and asked, "Did you join anywhere? I said"No". She confirmed my joining verbely and promised to close the opening on the same day by Avishek sir. I called them after 2 days, she told me some higher authorities are not available for 2-3 days. We will get back you soon. Now, it's been approx 4 months. They didn't confirmed my joining there. So, I can say that don't trust their words. They only want you to wait for your whole life for their responce.

Having 8 years of experience in the industry and gone through many interviews in this span, but this was by far, most logic, 2 way conversation, knowledge, expectations and KRAs driven interview.
As a result, I have got the answer on why should I join this company and I am highly positive about my career and growth under such people if i get to work here someday.
I feel the organization going a long way.
