★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are big time cheat. I purchased Online Test Assessment with a trial of 10 days on Saturday 27 April 2019. On May 3, 2019 I dropped them a cancellation request for my account and requested a refund. To my utter surprise the company stopped acknowledging my mails after some time. When I called them they always had some excuse. They told me that refund will be done within a week but I am yet to hear from them. There is no accountability from the company and every time I call them I hear the same reply that we will look into it. My request no is #376286 and I have escalated the matter to the PayPal now since I have no faith left in them now. I would strong request others to refrain themselves with doing any business with them.
