★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced. Design's look beautiful but embalishments used are either not of good quality or not maintained properly. Few days back I bought a dress with a side zip. I wore it and while putting zip runner came out which means I cannot wear this dress anymore for the function, which was the reason behind is the purchase. This is when I realized they have used runner which is not just of good quality but the wrong one. This is my observation, normally princess cut blouses or any runner used as top to down are different compared to regular runners. Just not this I was looking at the dress and I realize the zari looks old, mirrors on the dress are not clean. So two stars only for the collection. My purchase was waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience here.. I bought a 10k saree which I went to exchange because it had a hole... And the guy who was in charge not only refused to hear me out, he started to accuse me that the tag which was there wasn’t at all like how Hastkala sarees have tags... implying that I would have cheated... I have never seen such pathetic customer service when all I wanted was him to hear me out... Never going back here ever!! Worst place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. They did not get the alterations right because of an error by their staff and have the audacity to expect client to bear the cost. Terrible at meeting promised delivery time. Poor response to calls after follow up. Rude staff. Only one Mr. Mahesh was helpful, but he too was unable to make timely delivery after multiple false promises.
