★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is very big but still we are not getting desireble ornaments in low range specially 5gm To 10gm, We Have Visited but not getting anything in our budget of 15k to 20k, I think they should keep more varieties as they have sufficient place. So More People Will Come To Shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited this Jeweller. They have 4 floors building. Its vey well maintenaned and newly doneup interiors.
Owner Mr. Shah is also very customer friendly. His son and brothers personally moniters the shop. They are very polite and co-operative. They personaly chat with customers and inform more about their establishment. We liked the verities of bangles. The owner himself informed us that they have their inhouse designs and they have all types of jewelry right from rs.1000 to 50lacs.

I am witness they cheated on ornaments net and gross weight
I ordered one ornament and when I came to home I found that one cup intentionality missed. For the same I visited RSJ and they are giving smart replies
If 0 rating is available I’ll
Give that only I visited personally reg this and they even not bothered about this and telling that come after 10 days to look in to this.
It means if caught they trying to resolve if not just stole like thisnonly.
Whoever visiting to buy some thing - kindly check their net and gross weight with others
It’s really embarrassing.
They don’t give honour to vendors sentiments and feelings
They defoliate 2 times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woahhh! This is a beautiful shop and they have so many different offerings and a wide variety of jewellery. They even selt belts with gold buckles, watches also. Customer service is good except for the floor supervisor on the first floor.

We did have some issues which was dealt with professionally and quickly by the management team and Tejalben. Nice showroom with a lot of variety. Have purchased from here in the past also.
