β β β β β It's good if you exclude the pahelgham from the Iternity. The only long stay is at pahelgham and stay provided was very poor. Management do not inspect the property nor they wish to listen. When questioned they put the "itne paise me aisa hi milega" Where cost was not on question but diverted argue.

β β β β β I had enquired for an Itinerary for a place. Initially, they were coordinating but over the time they became quite unresponsive. On following up multiple time over a month, still i haven't received any update. Also, there were no response from their end on calls nor over chats. Coming this from a renowed, reputed and experienced travel agency is very disappointing. I would strongly not recommend Pooja tours to anyone due to their unprofessionalism and lack of response.

β β β β β We had a very unpleasant experience with Pooja tours & travels. We paid the token amount of Rs 1,35,000 for 14 persons on Jan 2020 for our Leh trip in MAY 2020 . For the last 2 years, due to Corona & Lockdown, we couldn't go. We were asking for a refund for last year. But he refused and only gave us Rs 55,000. I won't recommend & also warn all of you to be careful in dealing with Pooja tour & travels .

β β β β β Hey guys. Recently v had been 2 kashmir from 3.11.21 to 11.11.21 organized by POOJA TOURS GHATKOPAR. There were 47 people out of which max were like us who had come as VASOOLI of money, which v had paid for other trip pre lockdown, and had subsequently got cancelled but the tour operator had bluntly denied for a refund. V had 3 nights in Srinagar. B4 d trip began, v were asked if v wanted 1 night stay in houseboat, which v denied. But b4 a few days the final itinerary was sent and 1 night stay in houseboat was mandatory. The stay in d houseboat was very bad as it was freezing with no heater in d room. Hotels in gulmarg and sonmarg were good and probably more expensive than Srinagar and pahalgam, so were given 1 night stay in each place. The hotel given to us in pahalgam was worst. It was worse than a DHARAMSHALA. The staff and d service were hopeless. They did not provide shower towels , hand towels, drinking water in d room. V had 2 ask for atleast 3 to 4 times for all our needs. The TV was not working. On the last day our flight timing was 6.15pm. But we were said to leave at 9.30 am as the other group of 7 had 3pm flight. V asked the owner satishbhai to arrange a different car and send us to d airport as v would not sit at d Airport for 3 hours unnecessarily. V were asked to leave at our time by spending for a car from our pocket. I offered him half fare and asked him to bear half. He flatly denied. Ultimately v had 2 bear rs 3100 from our pocket. The tour ended on a very unpleasant note with all 47 traveller's unhappy with the tour operator. He boasts of being award winner in this sector.
I shall specially mention that v had 2 families staying in a different hotel as they had enrolled for other category of tour. Out of them 1 family had a MOUSE in there room in the night at 11pm in gulmarg. The hotel staff just kept a mouse trap and left. My friend shot the entire video and sent to Satishbhai. But he was neither offered other room nor did he receive a courtesy call from satishbhai. He had to stay awake full night so that his family could sleep. Guys requesting u all to spread this msg as much as possible so that it reaches other potential targets of the undeserving award winner. Plz do not plan your travel thru POOJA TOURS AND TRAVELS GHATKOPAR.Thank for reading and sharing??

β β β β β Our Diwali Kashmir Tour was Very well managed. Satish bhai him self was present with his whole team. food was excellent and we enjoyed all type of meals from fancy items like pizza, pasta, sizzler to Gujarati desi items. everything was perfect beyond our expectations. Hotels were also good and same which was told to us before booking.

Excellent pure veg and Jain food varieties, we were given the same hotels as suggested.
Covered many exotic places etc.
