Internet disconnect at least once every week. Customer care is least interested in your concerns and just want you to renew plans.
I wish I could give zero star!

After raising service request takes hrs or days to provide the solution and claiming to resolve issue within an hr.
Working from home not able to operate without internet.
After renewal before the due date still service is poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i don't know what level of employee hathway is hiring , we were a big fan of hathway services from years when we used to live at worli but the experience in chembur is so bad that that i will never recommend hathway to anybody ever.
its been 3 months we have taken this new connection, the sales guy is so pathetic that he has been not bale to change the modem from last 3 months, today is my renewal, if i renew today he will be absconding again for a whole year . very bad services,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. Hathway Fibre Broadband is down for us in chembur from last 4 days and zero service. Called up customer service 12 times and they just don't do anything. Taking customers for a ride. Avoid them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a connection renewal i have been trying to change my package plans but was unable to get any options online through apps. On askibg the support team they said packages are available but the links they provided are for same payment amounts i already had. The customer team cancels calls in between conversation and have so far been ignoring my calls. Despite me, a Customer, wanting to Pay.
Bad business sense. Poor customer support. Dp not give these people your valuable money.

Pathetic service. Made fake promises. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
We paid for a month 481/- and they promised a connection with modem but they haven't come since 15 days. They wont pick up calls either.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
