★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhawani cable is not very consistent with their internet service. They are cheap but the product is equally bad. Especially during work from home i have noticed that their internet disconnects intermittently. I am looking for new service provider.
When you call their help line and ask them for permanent solution they just say they have forwarded the complain with no proper solution. So their help line is also not very helpful.
My recommendation - dont take internet connection from them. You will end up getting frustrated with the internet connection not being consistent and a helpline which is not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have internet problem every single week, when we call them, they say it's a fiber cut because of metro work. Wow! You know that the fiber gets cut easily then please use good quality fiber. Then 2 days we don't get wifi. I have my online classes and becoz if this I can't even attend. My mother has to go office even though she has WFH system because we can't trust this wifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason I am even giving three stars is because their technician Javed Shah is a very capable and polite employee. He tries to do his best and is very polite. Apart from him, the customer service really is not very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ISP ever. If you've any important work to do on the internet, please do me a favor and don't choose this company. They fooled me telling that they've good customer service. They give you 5-6 customer care numbers but all of them are switched off or not working. Only one number works and Noone picks up. The engineer is also very annoying. He switches off his phone whenever the internet is down. So when your internet is down, you've got no option but to wait for them to answer your call!! Worst worst worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend this ISP to my enemy. And regarding money, they're always on time. Sometimes even two three days earlier they come and ask for your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Internet Service provider. Every 2 days the Internet goes down the drain.
My mobile bill has come more than my Internet Bill as I have to call Bhawani Cable every time the Internet goes down.
Better see for some other service provider as they are inefficient in the service they provide.
Update as 05th November 2021-
Bhawani Internet has improved in their services from my previous review.
They are listening to customer which is very good point for any business.
I hope the excel in their business.

20 Mbps plan gives u hardly 2 Mbps speed.
