★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet service is excellent. The connection has been almost uninterrupted since I have bought it. I had a hard time with my previous internet connection provider where I used to lose access to internet 2-3 times a week for over an hour.
Hathway has lived up to my expectations of providing seamless connectivity and I hope that they continue doing so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had the option I would give hathway 0 stars. To be honest this is the worst broadband service ever! If you have a full time WFH set up job that requires good internet and stable connection then this is probably the LAST service you should choose. Their customer care team isn't bothered and their idiotic voice machine keeps giving futile deadlines to you that their team NEVER follows. Most calls you make to them are unanswered and if you hold the team accountable they are very good at passing the buck on to other people or asking you to call their customer care number. If they do not respond to my grievance in a day or two then I am going to switch. If they don't have the decency to give me a refund, I won't hesitate to call the police and show them a proof of just how horrendous their service has been. I have all the evidence including screenshots I need. PLEASE DO NOT GET A HATHWAY CONNECTION especially if your job depends on it. Special mention would Mr Hitesh Makhija, their City Sales Head who shamelessly placed the blame on customers for their terrible service and gaslights them. He really needs to be taught how to speak to women!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetuc service.....For a month we have been lodging a complaint because our hathway internet was not working... There has been false promises of resolving the issue.. But it's been over a month and the issue has not been resolved ( no action taken by hathway)... Also the customer care personnel..cuts the call when we are trying to explain the issue.... Extremely dissatisfied with the service...
