Worst Internet service I have used in kurla area so far. I currently have the 50 Mbps FTTP connection from these people, which the performing the worst. I was getting the titled speed for the first 6-7 days but after that it started performing like a 1Mbps plan, like what the hell have I pay for then. And the connection just drops every couple of hours and if you are going to use this for your smart tv then don't, cuz the loading time is hell, it literally takes 3-4 minutes just to start a YouTube video on my smart tv. These guys have an app where you can track your account usage and complaint about any issues but even if you file a ticket, it gets closed without anyone from them attending to your issues. Don't get any kind of service from Technet Fiber Broadband/I-ON and thank me later.
