★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service. Minimum Once a week for sure internet is down for 24hrs. and we have one customer care number, Which never get connected. If get connected, then u can hear only IVR, After IVR Call getting disconnected. Worst service I ever seen.... Executive will talk to you only to ask you regarding payment.

Connection broke down in 3 days only and the complaints were ignored. Very poor treatment. Don't use hathway.
