First of all charging more saying that your parcel is of medicines no one deliver this parcel. Then delay in delivery till my parcel is not delivered. Worst experience.

2 days after my PAN card delivery date when I visit The Professional Couriers they told that they had stopped delivery of PAN card then also they collect pan card and we have to go there to collect are card??
