★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a worst experience with Hathway broadband and their CSR are careless and make customers fool naming Tahzeeb Khan one of their csr who promised us about receiving a call from Hathway to solve our issue but till not haven't received any call- these people will never improve their behaviour in their whole life. I have still not got any service and refund my money has completely got waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This network is USELESS is not the word. The sales team is a biggest cheat and full of liars. They promised 50mbps speed and never cleared anything about upload speed being just barely 10% of the download speedMa 5mbps! Ever since its installed there is no network half of the day. After repeated complaints there is no response and without resolving the issue they close the matter. And this is worst, even when the network is available the speed is 0.8mbps to 5mbps download & 06mbps to 1.2mbps upload!! Doesn’t even load the browser!! Dont waste your hard earn money instead use MTNL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to come across Mr Pawan Upadhyay and he made me do payments. He achieved his sales Target and now avoiding me since last 3 Day. Later on a technician calls me and say that I can't get connection as they don't have coverage there. Unprofessional behavior of entire Team. I'm shocked to see real face of such a big brand.
