Nobody is responsible at all in this situation .
Installation is not done yet waiting for almost 72 hours . Nobody has bothered to call back and inform about the status and when calling back nobody answers the phone . At least give us a TAT so that we can seek for an alternative options till then .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service towards the customer. Didn't even bother to listen to the problem of the customer. One time I was complaining about the poor customer service and they cut the line right when I was speaking without listen. Very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been calling customer service and also the sales person they are actually not responding, they said wait internet connection will be done m waiting since last afternoon.
I told the sales person to call me so at least I know what is wrong .
The cable wiring is done they told someone will visit shortly to activate my account , no one approached yet Z
This is really upsetting.
I am not even able to work from home am at stake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve 1 star, they ask to recharge 1000 times a day but when it comes to service, Customer service hangs up on you and they lie most of the time.
My connection is broken for more than 15 days and I can't work like this in WFH situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very very poor internet connection, when i got the connection, hathway said that there will be no connectivity issues but, now I'm facing the same atleast thrice a day and, the resolution time is minimum 4 hours to 24 hours. Irresponsible behavior from the technicians. I regret now for choosing this internet service. Each day i lose minimum 3 hours of Internet. Cannot do work from home properly, cannot watch any online streaming channels properly, all together I am unable to do anything properly with this facility. I have raised up to 6 service request in one day still didn't get any response. In the night internet speed gets reduced like you are using a 2g service. PATHETIC SERVICE AND THE MOST POOREST RESPONSE AND EVEN PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICIANS.
