★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's better if you go for Airtel or any other broadband company because nobody from the customer care is going to sit your problem out. Even if they do, the are able to fix it just for a day or two. Pathetic internet service.

Now, during lockdown they increased the price by 80% and capped data at 500 GB because they know there will be no other option then to pay to their illegal demands.
Never again ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I took a plan of 50 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload but I only get 20 Mbps download and **0.01 Mbps** upload. I have contacted their customer service hundreds of time but still they do nothing. They will promise you that they will send a person to check the connection but no one will ever come. And do not even think of buying their 3 or 6 month plan as they will not offer any speed and will not refund your money.
I am feeling cheated.
Will never recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my connection closed in 2018 and these guys call me and send text every single day to tell that today is last day of offer. Meanwhile while using hathway whenever i called support to let thm know that net is down they would just say that maintenance is going on. Seriously pathetic.

They have cheated me and I hereby making everyone aware that do not, I repeat DO NOT ever get into their services even if they provide free of cost. My reviews are just started to stay tuned for further experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most stupid company , after going through the process of disconnection .I get calls every 2 nd day with offers to reconnect for last 1.5 years ( 200 plus calls and 200 sms ) . Many times wrote mails ,but these rascals keep calling back , wasting their time and resource and mine too .
Requested everytime not to call back , but they just do not listen .
I want to file a police complaint of harrasment .
