★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most bogus internet provider. I used it 2 years back and suffered miserably. Every 2nd day the net was down and when I call customer support they will tell that its scheduled maintenance and net will be back in 4 hours. Ever since I deactivated my account and started using Fusion, i get sms and calls on daily basis from them with cheap offers for reactivation of account, even when I have clearly denied reactivation still they don't miss calling me .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It works but you never know when it will fail . And there is no customer care number being answered by any human for tech services . And standard statement that it will be corrected in 4 hours . And this msg will continue even after 4 hrs .now I am fed up and going for some

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider among all. They have randomly breakdown, and no one tells you anything about that. Within a month of their service, I faced this issue 3 times, and everytime when I can the person who got my connection, doesn't picks up the call, and when I do it from numbers from Google, none of them have any clue about it. Worthless ISP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most lethargic and non responding organisation I have ever dealt with .. they have zero commitment to the customer . Only interested in getting business . All phones used by service employed have incoming call barred because they don't want to hear what customer want to tell them . Once u buy there plan u can only hear them when the recharge is due there is no other method to reach them . I bought a connection 2 years ago and because it never have me the option of port forwarding I could never use it though they has taken extra rs 140 a month for port forwarding . After the initial recharge of 4 month I did not renew the connection . However I got a call from sales department every day even after requesting a million times that I don't need Hathaway and they should stop calling me the frequency of callers only increased .. finally after two year one of the callers convinced me that I should try the Hathaway again as the company has totally transformed and service is great . I bought another 4 month subscription . And promised that my port forwarding facility will start functioning from the day one now after 18 days and countless efforts on a daily basis to talk to the Hathaway guys I have still not got this ..
I give them 1 star and extremely poor rating not because they can not provide a facility but there attetude go the customer .. only world for them SHAMEFULL ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company. Have taken advance payment and internet does not work. No one comes to fix the issue, customer care goes on automated voice assistance, I'm helpless and cheated. Absolutely disgusted by the whole experience. Never going back to them, choosing Airtel or Jio.

They will do wrong commitments and when you give money they will run away..... Also I an trying to get in touch with you but nothing is happening as your customers care do not have a human touch and only the bot is talking so. Where do we get in touch with you guys I wanted to purchase a static ip but I don't want it now....
