★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure how they get 4 star here, but they are never helpful. No one will pick up your call even nodal officer. Please choose any other provider. You can check their rating on playstore. Please take it as suggestion or you can take tension with Hathway connection.

But after some time the wifi speed is so much decreased even 3g network is better than thism i i ha writed complaints many times and tried to call to report my problem also. But no action taken . And now i am removing hathway connection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service ,after sale not responding and customer support is really poor they will juat raise the ticket and never work for that, i have purchased 150 mbps plan and getting 15-20 mbps really bad. Even a small service providers are good than Hathaway.
