★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont take any service plan with them, they are thieves, stealing customers money and not providing any internet service for months. Its been 2 months, everyday we have been complaining, on 1) online portal, 2) customer care services, 3)their vivek vihar office but they arent simply bothered. They will simply tell lies to wait & dont send anyone to even check connection. Since last 60 days our connection is not working and we have paid them for 6 months in advance. From last 8 days we have been sending our staff to office regularly but they are just making fool of customers not respecting their time, money and effort. Some strict legal action must be taken against such fraud companies , who are harassing customers . When its recharge time or payment time , they will call customers 100 times a day literally making life hell and forcing us to pay for subscription and once its done they wont provide service for 1 day and say there's no refund policy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company!! This company will call you several times to take the money. But after recharge they don't provide you any internet connection. The customer care will make you fool that the connection with be there in 2 hour's but they don't provide any connection, no one will visit and check the problem. And after calling 5-6 times they say "we will disconnect your call because you are disturbing us. "
I don't recommend this company to any one. They are making fool's of the customers.
