★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, complaint ke liye 10 phone karo toh bhi nahi uthate. According to me they should shut this cable service. Never experienced such an unprofessional behaviour.

Also if you call them or their worker they simply just cut the phone or even didn’t pickup at once, I have call them 30-40 times in the day
Don’t use Nextra wifi ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They will never attend your calls regarding complaints. Totally impolite and illiterate staff. But one thing for sure they will collect the money on time and connection will only work during the time of payment. You'll regret after choosing Nitu cables with CCN DEN service.

If you are asking for address, that raises a question that how many similar complaints you got from former customers like me. Besides I moved to noida last month and now got Tata sky HD service which is relatively cheaper, reliable and prompt customer support.

Nextra is worst internet service provider.I took 4 months plan,my 2400 Rs wasted and apologize that internet works only 3 days in a week.Internet disconnect several times a day.Strict action should be taken against them.They never gave smooth service.Never take their services ,Airtel fibre is best.Airtel will give router free also.
