★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited this restaurant with my family and received below expectation service and arrangements from restaurant crew. There was delay in service right from order collection and table service. I have also noticed that portions/ quantity served in main course dishes is quite lesser and may not be even sufficient for consumption of two persons. I also felt that the pricing they are charging is way to high against the served quantity. No Finger bowls at the end of dining that's ok..... However thier wash rooms cleanliness and hygiene is also compromised with no paper tissues provided in wash rooms. Such a basic thing missing. Really would refrain myself to visit again and try some near by restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous Food ! We were travelling back to Ahmedabad and decided not to take chance anywhere else for lunch. Even when the attendant mentioned that we stock few items from Ahmedabad and will be heated and served, we trusted the quality and went ahead with it. Especially when one item was obviously the Havmor's age old popular item "Chana Puri". But to my suprise, the food was horrible and so was the taste. A big time NO NO!

There must be an option to give rating in negative, I would have given negative 5 stars for the most pathetic experience ever that I have had today at Havmor - OP Road.
People go to restaurants not only for food but also experience. Unfortunately at this restaurant both food and experience were pathetic.
Staff and manager here doesn’t care about their customers and they have excuse for everything.
Soup was super spicy, starter was dry and had very less stuffing, when asked for extra sauce to gulp the starter, they brought it after 10 mins literally. Bread was hard as rock and bhaji had weird taste and I am assuming some color also. Chole/chane had oil as major ingredient, they should name it “chane swimming in oil” dish. We had to come out with half belly empty and we went to another place after that to eat proper dinner. Not only us, the family sitting on the table next to us also had complains about the food, they also left half of the food as we did. There was regret seen on the staff’s face, infact they were seemed not bothered at all. There is no greeting or good byes from the staff, they don’t look at your table once you have ordered the food, even to ask for cutlery you have to wait for them.
Another important point, when We asked for regular water they said they don't serve regular water and gave us a packed bottle and also changer us for it, strange!
To our surprise, the rates here are sky high, its double the rate any amazing restaurant has in Baroda.
Guys its not worth at all to go to this place, save your money here and give business to better restaurants who work hard to serve you excellent food and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly overpriced for the food they are serving. Quality of food also not that great compared to the prices. The prices of some of the items are higher than 4 star hotels. The taste was also not that great to top it off. The staff is very negligent and rude. The timid nature of the staff was missing which is foremost in restaurants. It was like they were doing favour by serving us food. U can go to much better places in Vadodara for food and ambeince and that at much lesser cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time it was all good, but this time the sabzi particularly the green sabzi was full of dust particles, couldnt even eat it more thn thrice may be.it has so many veggies inside apart from paneer so cant even justify its name.Dal was missing salt.The other sabzi and rice n parathas were the oly thing I had and were ok in taste.
