Worst service fake commitment they never give possession on time even after RERA they've strong back up.
don't ever look into advertising previously I've ignored such negative reviews on haware builders but truth is they're worst & don't believe on their replies. .cz m the consumer & I don't want u to become victim
& if u ignore this then u will be definitely survival.
They will reply on my review but ignore it cz i don't have any benefit in writing this but they'll loss many consumers

β β β β β Staff is uneducated I guess. They keep giving random phone numbers which are not in existence. They do not reply to their WhatsApp business number either. They gave us a landline number to contact their agent and when we asked for an area pin code he didn't have any idea. So I really don't know how are they such a big company when the staff is like this.

β β β β β Absolute pathetic & unprofessional experience dealing with Haware IPSA guys.
I went ahead on instance from Aditya dongre for token amount to reserve the flat in pandemic (2nd June 2020) which is refundable since the deal is not workable I have mailed & constantly following up with this guys (spl mention Vishal Jadhav) for my refund but there is no update to calls, mails & whatsapp messages. Since I have all details & required proofs I wish to take this issue legally ahead.

β β β β β I have brought the flat in haware platinum but their service team is poor. Not delivering as per thier commitment. I am taking follow ups but have no response. I will not recommend to buy property here as they don't entertain you after they sold the property. They even cannot provide the thing that was provided in there brochure.

β β β β β Not good not great a pretty dull, dilapidated structure that needs maintenance.. The pandemic surely reflects in its poor upkeep & maintenance. Be cautious of getting a office space here.

β β β β β It's painful to even a write a review because what you've put through people is pathetic. False promises, no water, no proper electricity, extremely unsafe location at which the building is constructed. The haware nisarg project at padghe , panvel is utter flop. How people are living there only they know it. The case at the court is still going on.
People please be careful with your hard-earned money.
