★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On recommendation of a doctor we contacted for appointment they have asked us to come at a specific time but once we reach there they said we haven't noted the appointment.
Absolute waste of time and energy......such mismanagement shouldn't have happened at first place.
Later they asked to sit and the receptionist was rude.in reply she was acting as if she was doing any favours to us she was like "we are doing your test we are not saying no atleast".
There's no respect to patients time.felt insulted.

In this pandemic situations he treats his patients well and personally check the patient with all required precaution.
