★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to know about this hospital through my brother in law as our residence is near to each other and one day his father got a severe hart attack. No one was there accept us so he called us and we went there. After going into this hospital we were able to find that there was already a family to take care of him that was of doctors. We were really pleased to see that because it happens rare. thanks to hospital staff they are so caring and experienced that his father is alive and in a good condition than earlier due to their effort. very good hospital hats off.

According to me I feel it is the best hospital in providing medical treatment at a very affordable cost. i thank the doctors and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience ... I would have not given even one star also ... The lady doctor tall fair in complexion who sits in ICU seriously needs soft skills training first she doesn't know how to speak with people. She will just scold at patient, relatives & even on their own staff. She is that arrogant even she will explain test results to relatives as if they did mistake admitting the patient in the hospital. Even you will feel sometimes is she really a doctor ?There is no silence in ICU as well nurses keeps on chit chatting.
Other services are also poor, you will find cockroaches even in special ward.
Half of the nurses are trainee & you will always feel whether they will do the procedure correct or not. Hospital building is also congusted. Patient who waits for OPD will feel uneasy because of suffocation at ground floor before treatment. Even if there is AC at ground floor they will keep it off, I don't why .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital staff I ever met. They are not at all professional. They dont know how to speak. They behave like they are giving free service to patients. Support and house keeping staff are also careless and rude. They treat relatives of patient like enemies. Not a single employee I found helping patients and relatives with care. Hospital should understand that we pay for their services and we are human beings like them only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of my family's treatment has been done in Shushrusha Hospital Nerul , Navi Mumbai. The team of doctors here have always done a great job. One thing I like about the doctors are that they take an effort to explain the complete diagnosis and the treatment process. This is indeed reassuring to the patients and their relatives. I would undoubtedly recommend this hospital since the team of doctors along with the staff take great effort and give their best to the patient for a speedy recovery.

When a patient has a problem, she ignores when they ask for help.
On the contrary, female doctors are threatening to discharge the patient.
There is nothing more shameful and disgraceful than this.
The staff treats the elderly patient badly (like a prisoner).
We condemn such service.
The service of government hospital staff is better than this.
