★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appointment expireince and ambiance was very nice, and they offered to serve condiments like tea and coffee before service. The waxing service was nice but my skin got burnt whereever they used self peeling wax. Waxing didn’t hurt at all but it left my skin burnt. So, be careful when you go for waxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are anywhere near Nerul in Navi Mumbai, or if you are visiting Navi Mumbai, I would highly recommend you visit the La Meraki Salon at least once. The owner Swagat is a gem of a person, one of the most knowledgeable and caring people I have ever come across in the hair industry.
His understanding of the hair components, as well as all types of cuts and colour is just astounding! And the best part is, he will explain everything to you, in the tiniest and most elaborate detail, as much as you want to know! In fact, if your hair is already damaged, he will tell you how going for a certain treatment can actually cause more harm, instead of going ahead and making a profit! In decades of getting my hair coloured, I have never met anyone like this in this industry.
I first got my hair coloured by Swagat about 4 years back, and there has been no looking back ever since. If I am traveling, I will wait and then come to him to get a hair cut or colour, instead of going anywhere else.
I went to him just 2 weeks back, now that the lockdown is off. Be assured that the hygiene standards are of the highest order. As you enter, you are given disposable gloves, mask and even shoes. Plus, you are doused with a steam gun! All the staff wears gloves and masks and the place is super clean.
Plan to get your hair coloured or cut? Go on and give Swagat a call. Better still, say that Debo asked you to check out the place. I promise you won't be disappointed :)
