The table i brought from this shop broke within 2 days of delivery, they failed to give me a replacement and after 2 weeks of continuous calling and enquiring about the table i visited the shop only to come accross with the rudest employees and so called "Manager", who didn't even know about the problem. They all were very arrogant and not at all helpful. This shop is not at all customer friendly and they have an attitude of superiority.
If i could i would give them negative stars! For the rudeness and arrogance of the employees

Shameless staff...
Requesting all never to by any products from this store as it doesn't last even a week.
Very poor quality products and furniture
Rude management and staff working in this place... None of them have any knowledge about their products.
Prices are way too high.. Just avoid visiting this store..

Very poor service.... They do not know the meaning of GST.... I had to beg to get the refund... The furniture is of poor quality.... The manager is useless and does not have any good managerial qualities... They are not customer caring people.... Would not recommend shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very third class material of the furniture bought. Regretting the furniture bought. I would plea to you guys please don't buy anything from this shop. Highly recommend that you buy it from any brand but not here. Behavior of the owner changes once you pay the full payment. This shop does not hold any accountability of the furniture purchased. They don't treat like the customer once the full and final payment and delivery is done. Very bad customer experience. Please don't buy anything from here.

And the product is getting fungus which we daily wipe and coming again and again. vrutika wood zone is not giving any support to replace or provide any solution for the same. A useless company. 0 rating from my end. Dear Indian citizens, please dont by from this shop .Total loss of money. Consumer rights in India also not helping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst furniture shop I've ever purchase from. the quality of product is very poor, and worst part is after sales service. we have purchase 3 bar stool (chairs) on 14th of October 2021. within few days all 3 stuff are damage so after several reminders he visited to collect damage chairs next day and without any repaired work done. he return as is it. till today we are following with store to replace or repaired but no response for the same.
