★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service and always out of stock ,they also don't have minimum peripherals to run a PC. Always tends to argue with customers and establish superiority over them ,prices are high but quality is extremely low

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service.The boss ra** das is a pure fraud,i wanted to fully format my hp laptop which came up with drivers during purchase.However they confirmed this was not so.They also guaranteed antivirus to be installed which when i checked was not there after installation.Also they told me my heat sink was not working so they cleaned that up.After all work done i told them as this is a service there is no fixed charges involved they should give me a enterprise bill (i only wanted this as proof that your enterprise has worked on my laptop so that o can show that in future)which they denied and told me 20 percent gst will be added.
I told them this is service provided and no new tools are changed so there are no fixed cost involved so its all subject to estimation.Morever when i told them there are better service provider who provided good quality service at more reasonable cost they threatened me to go there after they had my laptop under their supervision.
I would suggest not to go here as the kingpin of this so called 3rd class Bbs enterprise provides false promises and bad quality client service.
There are many good enterprises in barrackpore u should try those but strictly not this one.
I have made the mistake but i want you to please read this comment before going to service or buy computer/laptop at your risk from here.
When you read this please circulate to everyone you know so that you dont suffer this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to be patient enough to buy anything from here.....they just take a lot of time in showing products....and beware......while telling the price they wont tell about the additive 18% that they add after making the bill......i was once charged this way but till i realised...i had wasted a lot of time there and so had to buy them with that price only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever seen in life.... They charge twice the amount for anything and also they take many days for doing simple stuff... Overall very very bad.... Pls don't go to that shop and get it done from anywhere else.
