★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 month ago I installed pirated versions of ms office .
With an amount of 450.that time I know it was a big amount but I paid because I nned it badly..within 1 month ms office was deactivated and again I visit the centre and they told me that I did something wrong based on that it happened.But I disagreed on it because I did not do all the things whatever they said ..Again they charged 100 rs for activation...
This is not the ri8 way to do business..
If it is your fault then agree it ,not tobto your customers because all the customers are need not be illiterate..please take care about this matter...it was ridiculous to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Jyotirmore,GT Road,Tematha Chandannagar Hooghly) Went as I was having some heating issue on my hp laptop. They told that I had to reapply thermal paste and also clean some components inside the laptop for which they charged ₹800, which is quite unacceptable because of the high price. I tried to negotiate by they sticked to their charge. Lately I accepted and got I serviced.
After 2 days of use(having no issues),I was again suffering from rapid heating issue on my laptop. I decided not to go there as I had the fear that they would charge unacceptable prices of this minor issue.
Then I decided to search google and found out a shop in kalyani where they told that my fan was misplaced from its exact location and also I had a cheap generic thermal paste applied due to which the heating issue persisted. I again got it serviced from kalyani and now I can find no thermal throttling occuring in my laptop.
Hence before deciding a shop better check reviews ,ratings and the prices and then make your decision to go.Thanks.

He can prepare my damaged laptop within a very short period of time, I am very mu ch satisfied about his activities, I think such a mechanic will increase sadhi computers goodwill day by day, in my opinion he is the best me hanic in our locality, I give him 5 in 5 in ranking.
