★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hospital. Everyone is friendly from the canteen staff, to the surgeons. Particularly impressed by the doctor that is willing to explain everything to the person being treated and to the relatives. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitality is good, according to my given package. Nurses are regular, and they attend you whenever you call. Your health checkups done regularly. Other personal staff are helpful. Cleaning staff comes regular, they have register to monitor their schedule. Food is ok, not the prefect, however, according to locals taste maybe that must be fine. But can be improved. Hospital incharge also comes regular for feedback. People are polite and respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was admitted on an emergency basis and was advised a procedure. It was very smooth and with her age everything was taken care immediately.
Also would like to thank all the team members of the hospital, mainly nursing, attendants, canteen team and the floor in charge for supporting my family and me during our difficult time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All service good from Doctors and operations side but only getting delaying in discharge from nursing side.Dr.inform discharge at 1 pm but file was not send in billing department still 4pm. After coordination of billing team file received n process doing fast as soon as possible from their side n also coordinate with the same for cashless department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother has a problem with her right shoulder, which doctors call an infraspinatus muscle tear. So she consults with Dr. Priyank Gupta and he proposes a minor surgery. He is a very knowledgeable and well-trained doctor. The nursing, cleaning and support staff are very kind and provide excellent service. Everything goes smoothly from hospitalization to billing and discharge. I definitely recommend HCG hospital , PRIYANK GUPTA SIR and FORTE Ortho team at HCG Hospital. Thanks.

I has decide to make surgery of knee replacement of both leg by Dr. Priyank Gupta (forte ortho team at HCG Hospital). Her surgery done successfully and now she feeling better and free from pian in leg. Special thanks to Dr. Priyank Gupta sir and whole team and also hospital staff for very good experience and very good take care of my mother. Nice experience and good atmosphere of HCG Hospital.
