★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular office used to be Geometric Limited, after acquisition by HCL the place is rebranded as HCL. As other large IT organizations in India, this is service based work force company with intension to generate more revenue for share holders. Not at all employee friendly organization, try best to seize all employee benefits. Huge disconnect between marketing and service teams, difficult to explain here but that's the reason employees in India works extra hours and weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work here. It used to be called geometric software. It's a good place to start your career and if u are good, you will be rewarded well. The training programs are quite effective. Hope to come back and work again if given the opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to start career for freshers. They don't provide any billable projects to freshers for years. If you are interested only in learning then it's the best place. You will be getting enough time and training on new technologies and tools.

Company has come up with some strange policy for people who are leaving organisation. They cut monthly performance bonus from your full and final settlement. I have lost 9 months performance bonus even though being in a project for whole span. Beware to join as they change their policy anytime that result in financial loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is not a very good company that's we called me there for interview but delight about the Technologies that we spoke about on the phone I went there for other Technologies and the interview me for another Technologies I actually called off with the HR what is going on but she said that they will actually have this kind of Technologies and then I said why would you call me up there if you don't have Technologies
