Communication was perfect (clear, fast response) via Email, Whatsapp, Videocall. The Projectmanager Ana did a great job in coordinating and supporting.
It seems that they are not too much into Layoutdesign. You have to give clear orders how you want the Website should look like etc. But if you do they do a great job. I would always work together again with them.

Today my project is 100% complete and I am very happy with the final result.
Despite some difficulties, the promising solution team never give up, and going to great lengths to solve problems and find solutions, you can be confident they will do everything to keep the customer satisfied.
my project was very complicated and they never gave up, despite dozens of problems, they worked very hard to make everything perfect and go through with the contract!
and I will use their services again for other projects.

Prometteuer Solutions guided us through the project very well based on their experiences. Our specifications were processed step by step. What we particularly liked were the many inquiries. Only in this way is there a better understanding and the result at the end of the day is very good.
We also had various video chats. The language of communication was English and it also worked very well.
Otherwise, we have solved everything via WhatsApp, as it is now supposed to be.
Prometteuer worked briskly, was goal-oriented and was not demanding, but very cautious. Overall, the cooperation and the working atmosphere were very good.
Managers Vaibhav Pansambal and Snehal Bhatt were our direct contact persons in this project. Both did an excellent job and helped us at all times.
