I stayed here for 2 days and got the best service related to stay and medical facilities. Nursing staff is very sincere and prompt. Room service from canteen is very helpful for attendant/relatives. It is very nice maintained place.

Doctors and supporting staff are excellent.Everyone here is polite and treat our patient with utmost care. Thanks to Doctors, Supporting staff and Rohit Bhat.

Really good doctors who explains the disease very well. They give time to patients and are very polite. Dr. Javed Shah is really good in diagnosing. He prefers less medication so really good. Dr. Sachin Patil is really good urosergeon, very humble and made us understand the disease condition very well with diagram. The nurses and support staffs are really good, understanding and very supportive. Nurses are very skilled. My only pain point was getting discharge. They took more than estimated time for preparing discharge summary even after the consulting doctor and surgeon have given the approval. Thankfully the billing team were well prepared and prompt.

My father was admitted to the hospital for surgery. Extremely friendly staff and utmost care was provided. The treatment and post operation care is commendable and exemplary. I was admitted for a dilatation this month under Dr Vikrant Kale. . The experience was lovely right from registration to discharge. The nursing staff, housekeeping staff and canteen staff are friendly and courteous and well trained. My room was also clean. The fact that the hospital is close to my residence is an added plus. While in normal circumstances one would never want to visit a hospital - for me it was a coincidence for the ailment I suffered. I was helped by Dr Amit Girme through his meticulous planning and mentoring as part of the counseling, pre surgery procedure. I was immediately reassured with his calming experience, knowledge, skills and outright humbleness that I was surely in safe hands. The administration right from calling procedures before the admission date, insurance procedure, form formalities, lab diagnostics, finding the right room went all like a clockwork - perfect assembly line all with tha able support of Marketing Head Mr. Rohit Bhatt & the support staff. The nurses and RMOs all took care of myself like a baby and not a patient - they were available at an instance knowing things proactively. The cleanliness of the room, washrooms, corridors & hospitality of the cafeteria staff was top notch with highly recommended quality food served right on time. Typically on the surgery day as a human you would be nervous, anxious but I was kept at bay with all the information by the nursing staff & Dr Neeta who admnistered Anaesthesia procedure. They were not only letting me know what was happening but kept my mood extremely jovial and spirits high. Honestly, I was wanting to experience an out of body/ NDE experience of the subconscious mind during Anaesthesia - nothing of that happened with me - all that I remember was a blackout period of 2.5 hours and miraculously woosh the surgery was successfully done. I did jokingly tell Dr Amit Girme during his visit that though ulteriorly I was on a scientific expedition of my own yearning (experiencing the subconscious mind with this limited opportunity) during the operative surgery - he certainly waved his magic as the procedure just felt like a sweet sleep nap for me with no pain or trauma - how pleasant could a surgery & stay in hospital in reality could be afterall. I was taken care well post operative and was put on discharge as per protocols. While I did imagine that the billing and insurance process would be a lengthier one - Dr Ankush and Dr Komal from the insurance department with their eye for detail & coordination within Ruby Hall departments & the TPA - all made it happen like a cake walk. In no time my Bill was ready/ cleared and I was ready to go home - all decked up and Happy. I would highly recommend Dr Amit Girme a surgeon par excellence & a thorough gentleman, Mr Rohit Bhatt an extremely able Marketing & Administrator personnel who understands hospital protocols & systems too well, Dr Gunjan, all the nursing staff (Pooja and many more), RMOs & support staff (Saurabh), Dr Ankush & his entire billing team from the insurance department for his immaculate dealings for making my stay at Ruby Hall Hinjewadi a thorough enjoyable stay - an experience I would remember for a lifetime and always recommend this hospital for what I felt - just a part of the family. I would not recommend this hospital. 1stly the most basic thing is lack of hand sanitizers in times of covid inside the hospital. Also they don’t have senior doctors for emergency at night. The junior doctor present was explaining rather than treating the pain.All that matters is ₹₹₹ for them. I have my genuine feedback and public will read it and hope they will consider it, I am js trying to make everyone aware about the services and also knowing that you gonna type some unrealistic counter responses which really doesn’t matter to me because what is true is ture and we all have rights to give our feedback so hopefully you will try to work on feedback rather than js type an unnecessary response.Also your 2 year doctor was just lecturing on chest pain rather than treating and the medicine she administered had no effect on my wife.This is the reason I had taken her home rather than getting her admitted Try to work on shortcomings for better results

Most helpful, caring and pure professional health care services, I ever seen. Right from house keeping, nurses, doctors to Admin and even billing everyone was supportive, making patient recover without delay. Every aspect was fantastic, every person is soft spoken and supportive, no delay in responses. A person from billing, though over reacts on situations but it may be that persons way of work / kind of work itself. But overall awesome experience and please keep it up! Good luck!!!
