There emplyee treatment is great, though you never expect hike regularly. Just ask for big while joining, that would compensate you for next 2-3 years. Enjoy your stay at HCL.

It having thousands number of employees. and the third thing is Career Growth is the fantastic facilities they are providing. I have worked in HCL technology almost 6 years and been a female employee.
Even the Work Environmental also its very good to work. and finally the CEO Rating we cant expect that level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place for attending an interview.It was by the side of Dainik Jagran newspaper.The management had a amiable nature which attracted me so much.I got through all the processes before interview.He told me that I could earn money while studying at training .He asked for the training fees also then I told them I didn't want to join . Finally he replied I can't enforce you so Choice is yours.I also bade him goodbye.
A function Hcl young Achievers' award was also organized by Hcl technologies.I also participated with my colleagues.
